Conditions

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 1 month before the workshop will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 1 month before the workshop are non-refundable.

Participants using a studio class pack are subject to the same policy.
Late cancellations are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Materials & firing

Clay is charged at CHF 10 per kilogram.
This rate may be adjusted in response to changes in material or energy costs.

If you wish the studio to finish your pieces (glazing, trimming), a fee of CHF 30 per kilogram applies.

Languages

Workshops are held in English, German, French or Italian, depending on participants.

Studio use

Participants are asked to clean their workspace at the end of the session.
Cleaning time (10–15 minutes) is included within the workshop duration.

Storage & collection

Pieces must be completed and collected within 3 months of their creation.

Glazing & safety

Glazing must take place during designated studio hours.
Participants are required to wear black nitrile gloves and an FFP3 mask.

Eating or drinking during glazing is not permitted.

Material awareness

Clay is a natural and limited resource.
Participants are encouraged to work with care and intention when selecting pieces to keep and fire.
