What you will explore

Wheel throwing may be explored if you already have prior experience.

It’s enjoyable from the start — and becomes more natural and fluid over time.

What happens after your session

Your piece will be dried, glazed and fired by the studio.

Once ready, you will be invited to collect your finished ceramic piece.

Sessions take place in small groups (max. 4 participants), allowing for individual guidance.

Conditions – First Session (2h)

The first session is an introduction to working with clay in a calm and guided environment.

Booking & cancellations

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations cannot be refunded.

What is included

All tools and materials are provided.

A small amount of clay is included, allowing you to explore the material and create your first pieces.

Practice & guidance

The session is suitable for beginners and includes guided support throughout.

Depending on the session, you may be introduced to different techniques such as hand-building.

Studio environment

Sessions take place in small groups (maximum 4 participants), allowing for individual guidance.

Studio use

Participants are asked to clean their workspace at the end of the session.
Cleaning time (10–15 minutes) is included within the workshop duration.

After the session

Your pieces will be dried and fired by the studio.

Working with clay takes time — drying, firing and cooling are essential steps.
There may be some waiting time before your pieces are ready.

Collection

Finished pieces should be collected within 3 months.

Studio guidelines

All materials are provided by the studio. External materials are not permitted.

Courses are held in English, German, Italian or French depending on participants.

Safety

For certain processes (such as glazing), safety guidelines may apply.

Clay is a natural material. We encourage a mindful approach to what you create and keep.
